The Development Centre in Kilfinane is owned by Ballyhoura Heritage and Environment DAC and has operated as a community hub since its establishment in 1989.  The building is an important community and social enterprise hub with a range of public facing services. The building comprises a range of offices, reception and training rooms over two floors. In all there is a total of 250 sq metres of floor space, with accessible toilet, kitchen facilities and unique outdoor meeting spaces including a walled sunken garden.
